This weekend (Saturday, June 9) will be the the second 1 Run 2 Remember in
support of the Cornwall Alzheimers Society on the Long Sault Parkway.
The race is a 5km chase starting at Milles Roches beach and looping
around Macdonell Island. Surface is road, grass and unpaved road along
the St. Lawrence River.
At the finish you will be treated with Ice Cream and other treats.
There will be many prizes including a membership to Any Time Fitness.
Registration starts at 8:30 am and race is at 10:00 am.
Entry to the Parkway is free if you are attending the race.
